Registration

Please start this registration ONLY when you are ready to go through the credit card payment process. If you do not complete the payment you will have to register again later.

Registration includes: admission to all sessions, refreshment breaks, opening reception, poster reception, reception at the Asia Pacific Museum on September 16, proceedings CD, JPL tour on September 19, and the banquet at the Athenaeum on September 18. Additional banquet tickets can be added for an additional charge. You must arrange and pay for your own meals, transportation and accommodations.

At the end of this registation process you will be given the opportunity to pay your fees via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Eccardsxpress). Credit card payment is the only method we are accepting.

Refund Policy

In case you are unable to attend please let us know sooner rather than later. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund less a $50 processing fee if you let us know by August 1, 2008.
  • Full refund less a $100 processing fee if you let us know by September 1, 2008.
  • No refunds after September 1.
