Registration for Exhibitors
Each exhibit space is 6 feet by 6 feet, and you may choose to reserve as many contiguous (or non contiguous) spaces as you like, at $2,000 per space.
Exhibitor registration only includes the exhibit space itself. For admission to the conference, please go to the Conference Registration Page. You must arrange and pay for your own meals, transportation and accommodations.
At the end of this registation process you will be given the opportunity to pay your fees via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American E xpress). Credit card payment is the only method we are accepting.
Refund Policy
In case you are unable to attend please let us know sooner rather than later. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund less a $50 processing fee if you let us know by August 1, 2008.
- Full refund less a $100 processing fee if you let us know by September 1, 2008.
- No refunds after September 1.
