IRMMW-THZ EXIBITOR FAQs

Q. What is included in the exhibitor fee?
A. Approximately 4 square meters (36 square feet) of space, electrical power, tables, chairs, WiFi Internet Access. Admission to the exhibit space for as many people as you need.

Q. What is NOT included?
A. Admission to the conference paper sessions, dinners, receptions and tours.

Q. When is the best time to set up?
A. Sunday, Sept. 14 between 16:00 and 21:30 (4:00 PM to 9:30 PM)

Q. Does the conference have a designated drayage company?
A. Since the exhibit is small (about 10 exhibitors at this time) we are handling the transport and shipping on an individual basis using regular shippers such as UPS.
